Want to get blood work

I want to get some bloodwork taken before i start my cycle to make sure that everything is chill. I have been taking hgh for 6 months, how do i have them tell me what my igf lvls are? also can they tell me what my prolactin lvls are at? basically what should i have tested and on average how much does it cost?Thanks broooos ha.

oh ya i have been taking 100mcg a day of t4 will the doc be able to tell that?
