    Newbie open to advice

    Hey everyone,
I've been reading posts and comments the past couple of days and while overwhelming, thought this could be a great resource.

I am 26 years old, about 5'6", 135pounds, 28-29" waist, BF about 6 months ago was about 16%...

I've been lifting for about 4 years, but nothing very serious for longer than about 5 months at a time because I've been in graduate school and the gym has taken the backseat multiple times (but I still maintained running, which hasn't been good for the mass I put on when I'm mostly running and not lifting as much). Along with the gym, my diet takes serious hits as well...but when I'm on top of my game, my diet looks fairly decent. I'll usually have foods egg whites, fruit, oatmeal, protein shakes or bars for breakfast; egg whites, shakes, bars, chicken, tuna, rice, steamed veggies for lunch and dinner...and eat 3 meals and 3 snakes a day.

Having finished my degree and relocating, I've decided to get back on top of things, maybe eventually be prepared enough to start a cycle (I basically know nothing about where to start with that)
Any advice is appreciated, thanks for reading

Welcome ! Grats on finishing your degree . Not sure what advice your looking for . Basic advice would be : Capture career you are schooled in and want . Start family or relationship . Workout hard and natural with good diet . When those 3 are to your satisfaction . Ask specific question you would like answered . Until then keep steeping in the forums and you can have a good understanding of AAS mechanics .
