HCG while on HRT, why?

OK I did a LOT of searching and could not really come up with a good answer.

Why take HCG while on HRT?

Does it really keep your natural Test working?

I understand that it helps the boys out but mine did not shirk that much but dont hang like they did which I like NOT hanging.

Does it have to do more with sperm count? I'm snipped so it doesn't matter.

Does insurance pay for it if I want to do it like they do my Test?

Will it boost my test levels overall (from what I read yes) and if so why not just take more Test E?

Please fill in what I'm missing.

my first doc put me on Test Cyp and HCG over 10 months ago but i wasn't seeing the results i expected so last month i started seeing a new doc and he didn't want me on HCG and he said he rarely prescribes it. i've been off HCG for several months now and i don't notice a difference.

i never understood how HCG could be affective because of how unstable it is. users say it looses it's strength as time goes on so how are you suppose to manage E2 when this happens. some say they increase their dose as it ages but when do you increase it and by how much? it seems to me that as it ages and losses it's strength you'd have to regulate your AI dose to keep E2 in check.

i can see HCG working if you're secondary but if you're primary then you're already dealing with an unreliable source of T.

HCG hasn't been around that long so i wonder how patients got by all those years before. to top it off, it's expensive and hard to get sometimes.

in your case i wouldnt see any benefit as you answered all your own questions but the boys may dwindle even more

I think they will eventually dwindle anyways. Mine have after being on TRT for 4 years.
I take nothing but the test cyp. every two weeks at 250mg.

yes that wut i'm saying but the point was will hcg prevent the dwindleage

If you like seeing your nuts every now and then then thats the only reason you would do HCG. I am starting tomorrow as a matter of fact because I cant remember what they looked like. Its does actually make me even more horny than usual as well

Maybe I am the only one . Months back there was a shortage on HCG . I asked pharmacist why it's so expensive . He said he was upcharging because he wasn't making any money . Needless to say I found another pharmacy .

Absolutely. My balls are back to normal size within a week, I usually run it for four weeks at 500IU EOD

500 IU EOD or even twice a week is probably enough.

I tend to agree but I have a pretty big sack anyway so its hard to tell. Some guys are totally paranoid about having small balls, God knows why

Funny I was watching Dr 90210 the other night, thats a show on these gay plastic surgeons in Hollywood. The big thing at the moment is a a labia plasty for women and a scrotal lift for men. The mind boggles. Let me research "Scrotal Lift" and I will report back

so i went to that site and did a mock order for arimidex yes way cheaper i filled out all til asked for credit card...it never asks for RX?????? y would i need to get an rx from a doc if i can just go to that site without one? fishy?

You also have to consider the increase in E2 due to the increase in free t caused by the hcg and adjust your AI accordingly. So here is a scenario - a new trt user starts taking t, then hcg, then an AI. All will increase either total or free (if E2 is high to start with) and all will increase E2 in most men.
