I've been in plaster up 2 my knee for 6 weeks and I have another 3 weeks to go my legs have wasted away! not just my broken leg my other leg to!
The Doc said soon as i'm out of plaster I wont need any physio I just need 2 build my legs back up to strength with rehab.
I play rugby so leg strength is real important! Any advice on how I can sort my legs out asap?
Do i work hard on my left leg then when its caught up with the right get back squating and stuff? or do I squat lunge leg press and throw in extras at the end on my left side? Or is there another way ? I'm currently taking anavar at 80mg per day and i've just picked UP 400IU of HGH up I will start that monday at 5iu per day
Any advice would be really appreciated!
