i posted some information on here by the name (rabdomyolysis) a rapid breakdown of lysis of skeletal muscle tissue.for those of you that want to read it,it mensions on there that you can get that even from being in an earthquake or training stressfully.from what i understand from reading it,i figured just like muscle science said,trainig is breaking down more muscle tissue,even light.why make it worse,i dont know if cardio would be ok.and i dont know if i should even take protein supplements like i always have.protein is also hard on your kidneys like my doctor said to stop everything.so i know i am going to lose a lot of size and strength and feel like shiet,but i need to solve this problem and hopefully it can be resolved and get back to training again later on.
