My stomach is starting to decentlycut up from all the running and good diet i assume over the past few months. After I was done playing college baseball I got a little chubby and i got a little bit of love handles. I have since conquered all except my obliques, i cant fcking get rid of em and im busting my ass, very frustrating. I am currently on Test E just finished week 4 500mgs a week and after next week adding winny 50mgs aday. I just got my body fat re tested and im down to 12%. I am eating about 3700cals and 330g protein. My question should I maybe cut down on cals a little bit and what excercises do you incorportate into your routine to target obliques, I assume I maybe missing something in my workout.
