hey guys, I started working out when I was 18 and got really serious with my training and nutrition. I am 5'9 1/2 and was 135lbs when i started. I am now 175lbs with very low bodyfat and great vascularity. I am going to start a cycle of test-e 500mg for 12 weeks and nolva and clomid for pct 2 weeks after for 4 weeks. I am eager to get started.
Also a question: What was everyone's first cycle and what gains did you get from it? were you able to keep the gains when you came off?
