Hey everyone. I've been reading your threads for a week or two and am very impressed with the info given, and the smart ass remarks that go along with them. My first post was a mistake, and won't happen again.
A bit about me and what I'm looking to accomplish.
Stats:
age :27
height: 6'0"
weight: 215
bodyfat %: 15-18 depending on how many calipers are used, so let's say closer to 18.
diet:80% of the time I eat pretty clean, 5-7x per day. Oats, almonds, raisins, tuna, turkey, chicken, fish, pork, steak, apple, bananas... The other 20% is complete crap.
yrs training: 12 years on and off. Steadily and consistently for the last three.
goals for this: Looking to get bf down to 10-12%, become stronger, grow arms and chest. I easily add mass to my back and shoulders, but not chest/arms for some reason.
I play rugby eight months out of the year, so I can't afford to gain much weight. Interested in experimenting with var, clen, epo, and hGH (when I hit 30).
I hope learn a lot from this forum.
