I just take it days I workout, if you can afford it take it on days you don't workout also. Just take it in the morning.
I take it every day...esspetialy when I'm on "loading" ...but you have too be careful couse I've heard of cases when people screwed up their liver cause of taking it for too long without pause...
I recomend you take It every second month....
