Hi all, finally decided to go on some goodies to help my training and thought i'd post a log of it, so far i've not seen a log of anyone running these two at once.
Frst off stats, currently coming back from a shoulder injury which i believe was the AC joint, and i've had 3-4months of no training so my strength and 'look' arn't what they used to be, hopefully this will soon change. I'm gonna do a bodyfat/weight test later today or tomorrow so i'll post full details tmo. But so far

This cycle is a recomp one, and not strength, so dont expect any huge strength gains on this cycle im going for look rather then strength, and due to my recent injury i don't want to push my luck by jumping back on heavy lifts.
Here is a run down of supps and support supps for my 4 week cycle.
H-drol: 50mg ED
ECA: 2 tabs a day break down as EPH 60mg ED, Caffeine 420mg ED, Aspirin 50mg ED, Narnigin 200mg ED and Dicalcium Phosphate 110mg ED
Support supps:
Hawthorn Berry 1695mg ED
Milk thistle 2000mg ED
Taurine 1000mg ED
Glucosamine sulphate 1000mg ED - the last two are to help my shoulder 100% recover and support it
MSM 2250mg ED
The aims of this cycle to cut up, and get that 'hard' look.
Reps will be high 10-15 and also drop sets, pyramids ect ect and also 3-4 sessions of cardio a week. As i stated earlier im not going for strength on this cycle.
PCT will be nolva at 40/30/20/20 and also some trib and creatine to kick start training.
Diet will be clean as possible concentrating on protein rather than carbs, overeating wont be an issue as ECA kills your appetite so im not worried about that.
