    H-drol and ECA cycle - With pics

    Hi all, finally decided to go on some goodies to help my training and thought i'd post a log of it, so far i've not seen a log of anyone running these two at once.

    Frst off stats, currently coming back from a shoulder injury which i believe was the AC joint, and i've had 3-4months of no training so my strength and 'look' arn't what they used to be, hopefully this will soon change. I'm gonna do a bodyfat/weight test later today or tomorrow so i'll post full details tmo. But so far

    Age: 22
    Height: 5'10''

    This cycle is a recomp one, and not strength, so dont expect any huge strength gains on this cycle im going for look rather then strength, and due to my recent injury i don't want to push my luck by jumping back on heavy lifts.

    Here is a run down of supps and support supps for my 4 week cycle.

    H-drol: 50mg ED
    ECA: 2 tabs a day break down as EPH 60mg ED, Caffeine 420mg ED, Aspirin 50mg ED, Narnigin 200mg ED and Dicalcium Phosphate 110mg ED

    Support supps:

    Hawthorn Berry 1695mg ED
    Milk thistle 2000mg ED
    Taurine 1000mg ED
    Glucosamine sulphate 1000mg ED - the last two are to help my shoulder 100% recover and support it
    MSM 2250mg ED

    The aims of this cycle to cut up, and get that 'hard' look.

    Reps will be high 10-15 and also drop sets, pyramids ect ect and also 3-4 sessions of cardio a week. As i stated earlier im not going for strength on this cycle.

    PCT will be nolva at 40/30/20/20 and also some trib and creatine to kick start training.

    Diet will be clean as possible concentrating on protein rather than carbs, overeating wont be an issue as ECA kills your appetite so im not worried about that.

    Well just had my first training session on ECA and it was mental, whilst walking to the gym i was buzzing and full of energy. Worked so hard during my session i almost fainted ha, started to get the tunnel vision and had to stop, my heart was working overtime so i decided to give cardio a miss today. But had a good session and im knackered now, so im happy with that. Just about to have some cous cous for some carbs, some whey and glutamine and then some chicken once its cooked.

    In future i think i'll start waking up earlier (got up at 12 today) take one ECA soon as i get up, and one with lunch. Took a tab half hour before the gym and the heart was working abit too hard to feel comfortable. This is the first day on H-drol so nothin to report from that side yet, will take my other tab with the cous cous in a bit.

    wow take it easy on the BP, IDK how effective hawthorne berry actually is, but tunnel vision ain't good - 2cents

    Don't think it was Bp related due to the drugs, simply due to the fact i hit it too hard thinking that i was as fit as i used to, when im not. Just need to take things abit more easy as i was throwing in supersets ect ect and only having 30secs rest with some sets.

    Did half our cardio today and also some ab work, felt really good doing the cardio and was full of energy. Got my Stats today from one of those electronic machines, run down goes like this.

    Weight: 190lbs
    BF: 12.9% (alot lower then i thought)

    This is at a height of 5'10''

    Here are some pics, need to work on my chest alot, but considering ive been off training for 3-4 months im pretty happy

    Did squats today, so far no sign of the 'back pumps' which can be associated with H-drol. Starting to notice im more vascular, more veins are poppin up when at the gym now. Was absolutely knackered at the gym, need to be careful not to overtrain atm as im hitting it hard like i used when i was at peak fitness, also think the drop in carbs is something to do with it. Gonna have tomorrow as a rest day as i dont want to over do it, not going to slack on the diet though, gonna keep it as clean as poss.

    Do hope people are following this! otherwise gonna be a bit of a waste of time lol
