With my oatmeal I use honey in with it. as for the cookies all I have are my mothers and wife's and neither are good for you![]()
1 packet of splenda does it for me. if your gonna start addin all kinds of shit you mine as well buy the flavored ones which are not that bad. like 14g sugar. prob less than if you put honey. just my op
i do the same as big texan, some honey to flavor it. honey is rich in anti-oxidants only 17gms carbs no fat. just use it sparringly. also i like to take some ground cinnamon and put it in the oatmeal.

I like to add half a cinnamon stick to the water as it boils. I also add splenda for my sweet tooth. Lastly, as a treat, if I have any left over rice in my cooker I will add it to my oatmeal. Sort of like an oatmeal/rice pudding combo.
I just cook mine on the stove with low fat milk and just use brown sugar as flavour, been eating oats for years, i love it, will prob never get fully sick of it.
I don't add any refined sugars or dairy. I use a small amount of sugar twin and a teaspoon of natural peanut butter (for good fats)
Raw in a protein shake. Mix oatmeal with Optimum chocolate and it tastes so good.
With natural peanut butter it taste real good and thick.
I add cinnamon, sweetnlow, peanut butter, and mix it.
Taste great
I add in bit of honey or molasis, 1 table spoon or so. If dieting i just suck it up or blend it into shake.
I saw this somewhere a while back, it's good IMO.
Take a cup or so of raw oats and 6 egg whites and put em in a blender. Blend for a few seconds. Fry em like pancakes and serve w/no sugar jam. Very good for breakfast. Sometimes I'll add some of that butter flavoring also.

I love the taste of Sweet-n-Low. I add that to my oatmeal.

I like this method too, 1 Packet of equal is good for me. I also like raisins, mushed banana, sugar free jelly, and some PB. They all make it good.Originally posted by H BOMB

I have (had) an oatmeal coookie recipe made with white beans instead of shortening - was pretty healthy as far as cookies go. I'm currently searching for the recipe...if i don't post it by next week...someone bump this or remind me -
As far as oatmeal, cinnamon and sweet&low...although I'll be trying the natty PB add in tomorrow - never thought of that...but now i can't wait to try...
I add a scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder and a tablespoon of natural peanut butter
7 egg whites, 1 whole egg, cup of oatmeal, some cinnamon, chop an apple or banana, mix that shit, toss in the frying pan and presto you got yates cakes, awesome shit man. give it a try
