Just finished my cycle of 12 weeks 500 test & 10 weeks 300 deca. Looking for the best PCT cycle to use now. My trainer recommended bridging so i can start another cycle soon since i did somewhat of a begginer cycle. this was my first time ever using so i am a bit confused. i got great results, not much bulk but a defently more toned. i like to do another cycle but not looking to destroy my body while doing with. any suggestions for PCT and waiting time to start another cycle? my sex drive is pretty much gone at this point as well.
