Windex??? I'm guessing it's only because of the alcohol.

I figured. Shoot twice a week for more stable levels and reduced acne.

the best dish washing soap that worked for me has been palmolive green apple. im guessing the acid in the apples drys out the skin more, lol... but yea, this def works better than any prescribed acne medication ive tried. also, lay off the lactose.

Take A LOT of vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) - next time start taking it a few weeks before your cycle. Also.... like chuck said..... get a good back scrubber. If you can't reach back there to clean...... your screwd.

Heres a few tips that should deff clear it up.

    1. clean up your diet. Lower your carbs and up your good fat intake (get more calories from good fats like fish, flax, oilive oil, eggs ect....)

    2. start taking ***** 3 fish oil 2-3 times a day (10g or 10000mg a day).

    3. a few times a weak fill your tub with water, 1 cup bleach, and epsom salts. Soak in this for 10-15 mins.

    4. shower right after the gym.

    5. cut out all or most gluten in your diet....this means all bread, pasta ect (and yes even whole wheat.) get your carbs from sweat potatos, small amounts of brown rice, fruits, veggies ect.

    6. Cut out milk! its horrible for you and is high in sugar!

dont scrub your pimples...just use a light cleanser or a gental soap like dove.

trust me follow this and 9 chances out of 10 it will clear up after a couple weeks.

My brother got horrible acne when he was on a few years ago and most of it was due to his diet...he would go through 2 bags of milk a day, loaf of whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, weight gainers ect....he had boils on his back lol He started eating a super clean, gluten free, dairy free, high fat diet and it went away almost 100%....and he was taking 1000mg test a week at the time.

I got a massive jar of raw almonds on sale (9.99) they will last me 2 weeks.

potatos are cheap as shit! you can get a bag for like 5 bucks

a bag of brown rice is like 10 bucks and that should last you 5-6 months.

honestly I dont even take in more then 5-10g of carbs after about 5-6 pm so most my cals come from fats like nuts, oilive oil, fish oil, eggs ect...
