    recovery?

Ok we all know diet, training and rest is the biggest part of training...but when on cycle for example...a test and deca cycle...your recovery time after your workouts are extremely faster on cycle than when off....i dont reccomend anyone slacking on there diet...when on cycle or any other time..but my question is basicly on just the recovery aspect....even with sub par diet...your recovery would still be alot faster on..then off correct?..

id say u havnt gotten a response because i have no idea how to make sense of your post...your just rambling on to no end..

    ill take a stab though

if its regarding muscle recovery pwo on cycle vs. off cycle...with a shit diet, ull still recover faster on...but why wouldnt u just eat properly, and fuel your body with the propper nutrition in the 1st place, rather the screwin around...

    strange question imo

The answer is your recovery time is a bit quicker while "ON"...but the fact that you state with sub par diet..concerns me...are YOU slacking in that area??

also note that muscle recovery is just one aspect, the central nervous system still must have adequate recovery time.

Big is rite. I know guys who had lifted everyday saying that they recover while on mass amounts of gear; but the catch was they would stop gaining half way through and wonder why. Your CNS only handles so much then you must change what your doing. That's why its recommended you do heavy compunds for a while then move to something of lighter wieght and less taxing. Thats where i believe the whole bulking and cutting thing come into effect. I find that its better to bulk for 12-15 weeks and cut for about 6-8 week. When i come back to bulk its alot easier than trying to just bulk all the time. You must confuse you body. Remember the body like homostatsis. It would rather be doing the same thing all the time. So you have to Shock it. Thus that why you change workout and diets. Just .02 cents
