Im Back :D Cycle Adjustments

Been a long time since i wrote on here, and its mainly down to not having time... jobs,gym etc...

My cycle is As Follows, feel free to chime in but please dont bother if you dont know what your talking about.

Ive had alopeica from using AAS previously so this is a hair safe/ish cycle...


tbol 60mg daily -( 6 or 8 weeks depending how many tabs i got)
test e 500mg weekly split (10 or 12 weeks)
adex .25mg daily
fincar .25mg daily
b5 1000-2000mg daily
saw plemetto 1000mg daily
nizoral daily shampoo
milk thisle 1000mg daily

how does that sound guys, also what would you do in terms of pct, drop the adex then 2 weeks later hit the clomid and nolva?

That's not too bad. I've got a couple of suggestions though

a.) Definitely run the Test-E until week 12... I'd even push it to week 14. I find that gains are still coming after week 12 & sides do not really increase within that 2 week time-span.

b.) I like the t-bol kickstart... I'd run it 80mg - 100mg ED for 6 weeks.

c.) Just a suggestion, but if you're worried about hair-loss why don't you use Deca... I'd suggest using NPP (fast acting deca) for the first 8 weeks... It'd be a great combo with the T-bol. One thing though: You have to inject NPP eod... are you ok with short esters? Deca usually doesn't affect hairloss whatsoever..

d.) a-dex throughout the whole cycle? are you gyno prone? ( I'm kinda one of those people that believes you shouldn't really be using an AI just to keep on water weight, and rather you should just adjust sodium intake.. but yah lol )

yes mate, soccer/football still, thats why i hide my identity ... deca, for obvious reasons 2 year detection, i can get anythink upto 8months cleaned out of me.. but deca is a no no im told. Im also told maximum of 60mg tbol as its bad for stomach cramps...

The test, u recon its worth going to 12 or 14? i thought the gains will be slowing at 10...

Adex through out reasons:
A. Gyno Prone
B. The fincar (finasteride) is reducing the DHT, if i take the dht away that binds with estrogen, im left with excessive amounts of estrogen, so adex will combat this.

also wht pct would you recomend for the cycle, nolva clomid?

why not just keep the adex through nolva and clomid pct. It might not be necessary but it raises test and keeps away sides. jmo

what dosage would you say, normal dosage or different because of the adex throughout?

I would go with normal pct but just keep the adex at.5 or even a little lower eod
