hcg for my cycle...

hey all...i am on my 7th week of test prop, tren ace, and masteron. 100mgs of each compound eod. i have 2 amps of hcg dosed at 5000 iu/ml. i was told to run the hcg at 250 iu's twice a week for the rest of my cycle for aid in pct and recovery does this sound about right or does anyone have better recommendations? thanks

Monday and thursday would be better....I would also up the dose to 500 iu's during pct...but thats just me.
