    winstrol only cycle

    I'm a newbie never taken a thingas far as aas goes. I have been strongly considering taking winstrol but have only seen it being stacked. How effective would it be alone? All I really want to do is cut BF. I'm 5'7 190 at 25 percent.

    You shouldn't take winny alone it will shut down your bodys natural test production there is sticky at the top newbies first cycle read that. Alot of people are gonna tell you your training and diet should be in check before taking any aas.

    How old are you? What is your training experience?

    25% bf is too high to start cycling. Get dedicated to training and get your diet in order before jumping into steroids.

    I'm 27 have been training for about 6 months eating pretty clean but I do cheat every now and then. I was around 225 lost it all with diet and exercise but I hear winny is good .

    Steroids aren't magic and at 25% bf you will surely be dissapointed with that cycle with such a poor base to begin with. Cut the fat down before even thinking about cycling.

    yea idk about that 16% shit but should definitely get that % down before you can even think about aas

    Somewhere in the 15% range is fine to start AAS as long as you are well prepared. Try doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomache to really melt fat.

    Before you start a cycle you want to be around the 15% bf mark, the more bf you have the more chance of side effects gyno, high blood preassure ect

    While there is obviously the possibility of muscle break down i have found nothing more effective at burning fat than cardio first thing before eating.

    dont take anything just diet and cardio. three posts? read up more june join date...stay around read up learn some things for 6 months or so.

    I was on this board for a year and a half before I actually decided to try anabolic supplements. Even after a year and a half I still made mistakes on my first cycle. You need to spend about 200+ more hours on this forum just reading peoples problems and other peoples responses. Along with that you need to really cut down you caloric intake and up your caloric expenditure. Become a calorie counter. If you burn more calories then you eat. Even if its by 1 calorie. You will be sure to lose weight at a quick pace. Because every single thing you do throughout your day burns calories as well. Even sleeping.

    The main point here is get your diet and cardio in check and make sure it's consistent. If you aren't dedicated enough to stay on a simple diet then you are not ready for this. In my own opinion... 15-18% body fat is the highest point in which you should think about starting a cycle. And the person who said 35% bf is a moron. He's obviously confused.

    You don't want to be the guy at the gym with the girl tits. By taking steroids at your current status... I would bet my life that your tits will put Jenny McCarthy's to shame after your cycle. Be smart bro. Read up on PCT's (Post Cycle Therapies) and screw Winny.... Test only for you my man.

    Winny IS good IF you are ready for it. But sorry, you are not there yet

    Steroids DO NOT magically remove fat..... ONLY diet and cardio will do that
    steroids HELP speed things along when they are already set in the right direction

    Winny WILL SHUT DOWN your body's natural Test production. The male body tends to work much better when you have Test flowing in your system, so its really a bad Idea to shut that off without replacing it with at least a little exogenous test.

    Winny also works best when you are already at a low bodyfat of 10% or under

    you should NOT use steroids with high bodyfat as that increases many risks including GYNO, and other estrogen sides, heart problems, blood pressure problems etc...

    It would be best for you to get your diet worked out and get down to under 15 % BEFORE ever considering steroids, and when you do consider them, then you start with a TEST ONLY cycle with proper PCT
