To do or not to do DECA

I am only interested in opinions of people that have experience or alot of know how about deca. I am not interested in anything else. my weight, height, body fat and age is not relevant to these questions. Does deca help with sore joints at all. Is it good to do with winstrol since it supposable cause joint pain and cramps. And does it at alot of water weight to your body. I am not interested in taking aromadex or anything else with it or having a major rise in blood pressure. I just want to know if deca and winstrol is good together since opinions on here say there both not good to take alone. If not what adds strength and size with out a lot of side affects. Thanks in advance for all the advice.

huh? 1st u ask to take deca for sore joints, but then wanna take winstrol? u could take deca/dbol/ with arimidex if u want, or just nolva, and then nolva /clomid for pct. and yes your age hieght weight and bf always play in consideration becuase u make not be taking enouph to get your joints filled with water or maybe be taking to much which will cuase u to lift harder than joints and tendands can bare. hgh good for tendands and joints if u got the $$$

Im 34 225 19 percent body fat as of sunday 5 ft 10.5 I need to be 200 or so by september without loosing muscle or maybe even adding some. I dont want to add water and i have been getting beat up kickboxing 4 days a week. and lifting 5 days a week. My joints ache

I am taking deca with test right now and have severe shoulder problems. Once the deca started to be consistent in my blood my shoulder pain is almost non-existent. I really like what Deca has done for my joints. In my opinion Deca is underrated for what it can do to alleviate joint problems. To me, right now, Deca is a miracle cure for my soulder pain. I'm wondering what will happen once I'm off....

Is the joints thing why you want to do deca?With deca in a cycle you MUST also have test.And 19% BF is a bit high,making you more prone to sides.

Yes deca will help your joints and help you heal faster but you need to take testosterone with it.

steroids DO NOT BURN FAT all by themselves. Yes they will help, but to rely on them solely to drop bodyfat is a waste.. Winny with 19% bodyfat is also a waste , you will see NO RESULTS from it that you expect. WInny is best used when you already are at low bodyfat at 10% or under as it is used to dry you out and harden you up....cant do that if you are loaded with water and fat

Deca IS good for joints, but keep in mind that Deca is one of the most suppressive compounds out there and can shut down your natural test production from the very first shot

and to tell US what you are willing to take and not take is just foolish and immature

if you NEED arimidex, then you take arimidex..... this is the ONLY body you get, if you are NOT going to do things CORRECTLY, then why come here and ask for how to do them then tell us you won't be taking the proper things you need???

Your DIET is the first thing you need to get straightened out if you are serious

I like Deca and have a great deal of experience with it. It does help me with my joint problems, however you will experience some water gain and a rise in Blood pressure with Deca. It is not wise to do this compound without some testosterone, especially at your age. If you need to make weight it is not the drug of choice for most. Like others have said, diet and cardio are the keys to fat loss.

Is there anything that adds a little muscle with out a bunch or water . I also was 24% body fat a while back. I am eating right and running and excercising alot. Narkissos has helped me with diet and cardio. I just am running out of time for what I want to accomplish. I am not trying to be an ass, I know cardio and eating is the way. I just need a little help to get there faster

i personally blow up with decca, so much water weight gain ( some muscle) that my face looks different and in old pictures i can tell when i was on deca.

My advice, diet down to 200. Cardio everyday and clean eating. Research AAS this entire time. You wont lose much muscle. Now after you have cut all this BF, you body is insulin sensitive, basically starving to put on muscle. If you decide that aas is the route for you now (sept) then you will gain exceptionally well because through diet you have trained your body how you want it to process food. Also you will have trained your mind, having gone to the gym everyday for a few months. This is an ideal situation for growth, regardless if you then decide to go the AAS route or not.

I know that you want answers like "no dont take deca take XXX steroid, you will lose 25 lbs bodyfat while adding 10 lbs muscle"" but nothing comes for free. Steroids arent a magic pill that lose fat or put muscle on you (by themselves), you have to get your body and your mind trained to be able to handle a cycle.

i totally agree here. Some guys have said " what makes you think with steroids you can lose fat/ build muscle if you cant do it now?". Diet is the key. Maybe use something like an ECA stack or something to aid in fat loss, my advice is that fat burners may decrease appetite and the body needs fuel to lose weight.

Then just stick to a basic test only cycle. I know alot will disagree but for me i burn a shit load more fat when on test with good diet/training as opposed to good diet/training without test.
