    Im new here and I am looking to put on muscle, i weigh 145lbs and Im 5'10''

    As I said, im 5'10' and I weigh 145lbs and have a medium size build. Im 21yrs old and am sick of getting passed up by the women. I wear bulky clothes to look bigger, then as soon as they see me without a shirt on, its over.

    I feel weird saying all this, but I am to the point where I have to do something. Ive started going to the gym and Ive cut out fried foods, sweets and milk. I heard that was suppoesed to be a good start.

    Ive been looking around the site and I see so many things that are totaly foreign to me.

    What would be a SAFE good start for a first timer. Should I stack? Debol? Decca? etc... and if I should stack, what should I stack?

    I know Im young to be starting... I have learned that though the threads. I am willing to take the risks. I just need to know what would be a good start for me.

    Can anyone give me some advice???

    Dude go to the diet section, even tho IMO your old enough to take AAS, you body is no where near its ability to need the use of steroids. Go to the diet section and get your diet in check.

    Also use the search button, ALMOST everything you want to know can be found through there.

    Eat , eat and eat . Check diet section , Get some experience in the gym . You have natural potential you need to a quire before any supplementation .

    I will review the diet section and adjust mine as needed. I really want to gain muscle fast and the only way I think I can do this is by doing a cycle of 'something'.

    I really need advice on what to start a cycle with. I am determined to do this. I would rather get some good advice on what to take and the time frames of it. I really dont want to do this blind.

    I know im young, but I feel this is the only thing I can get the size and strength.

    Please give me some advice other than the fact that I am too young ... Please.

    Just because you think you are going to go peep the diet section and then alter yours a bit. Doesn't mean you are ready. At 5'10 you should be like at least 190lbs. IMO if not more before even thinking of steroids.......

    Advice other then you are too young. ^^.

    thank you all for giving me the advice. i guess i do have some work to do before i start even thinking about steriods. gaining weight is the first hurtle... then go from there.

    You are an ectomorph, you have a fast metabolism of course. You do need to eat a lot of calories and protein. You pretty much need to eat everything in site and a lot of it. But you need to stick to a solid base diet of quality protein and carbs and you need to eat until you almost feel sick. I know that is hard but you need to be eating way over your maintainence calories to put on muscle. I would like to see you eat this way for at least 3 months while hitting the gym hard. Do you need a trainer? Once you do that you should gain 10-20lbs no problem, if not then we can talk about AAS, GH, etc. Food is the most anabolic substance you can put in your body. Once you put on a good base naturally then AAS is going to be way more effective. This is good advice that everybody is giving you here and it is correct.

    Your main problem is eating enough calories, you should really try to gain some mass naturally.

    If you ate right, you could naturally get to 170+lbs in a decent amount of time. Every day you have to eat alot, you can not forget about eating or miss a meal. Your body will just eat up everything, you have to create a surplus, even if full eat more!

    you realy will be supprised how much weight you can put on with the correct diet and training, maybe give some weight gain suppliments a go but steroids are NOT the right way to go for you right now.

    A guy started my gym about a year ago, he was the skinnyest dude iv ever seen in there, just flesh and bone, he got his diet and training sorted by one of the personal trainers and has been working hard since, i saw him a few days ago and he said he has put on two and a half stone of muscle since he started there.

    Lets not be too hard on him. Someone can REALLY have a hard time gaining. I KNOW personally. But seriously you should build a strong base first.

    Gain atleast 30lbs naturally... It may take well over a year. Then look into juice.

    I built a strong natural base before I did anything I was ~170lbs. however I was stronger than all my buddies much bigger.

    Now at 205 on juice I am stronger than my buddies 235-245 that have been juicin forever.

    Sounds like you might have a confidence problem. In my experience college age girls like the skinny, lean type better anyway. Im sure you are very lean and have a 6pk right? girls love this. Sure there are some girls that dig muscle, but most do not. In college I was "passed up" like you said because I was a total meathead and all the young girls accused me of juicing and couldnt stand me having to eat every 2 hrs.

    In other words..DO NOT GAIN WEIGHT TO IMPRESS GIRLS IT WONT WORK..DO IT FOR YOUR ****ING SELF!!!!!! if you want to do it for yourself start piling on the calories. eat some peanut butter before bed. You dont have to eat clean. guess what markus ruhl eats during the offseason? burger king shit. just get in tons of proteins and carbs and healthy fats! not too much sugar. stick to the basic movements aka powerlifts.

    I was like you at one time, Tak..

    I had a metabolism (I still have it actually at age 32!) that kept me much thinner than I wanted to be. I vastly underestimated how much food I needed to eat to gain muscle. I'm 6'3" and 200lbs and I have to eat 6 good sized meals and eat healthy snacks almost constantly just to keep from getting smaller! 200lbs isn't 'big' on my frame by any means, but for some reason it's almost impossible for me to store bodyfat.

    My boss cant get over the fact that I bring 5 sandwiches to work for an 8 hour work day and still fit into a 34" waist with room to spare.

    To summarize, I guess....

    You need to take in way more food than you think you do.

    And btw, If you smoke cigarettes, stop!

    Lemme guess, your rep range is like 15, and you eat 1500 cals a day of junk.
