As I said, im 5'10' and I weigh 145lbs and have a medium size build. Im 21yrs old and am sick of getting passed up by the women. I wear bulky clothes to look bigger, then as soon as they see me without a shirt on, its over.
I feel weird saying all this, but I am to the point where I have to do something. Ive started going to the gym and Ive cut out fried foods, sweets and milk. I heard that was suppoesed to be a good start.
Ive been looking around the site and I see so many things that are totaly foreign to me.
What would be a SAFE good start for a first timer. Should I stack? Debol? Decca? etc... and if I should stack, what should I stack?
I know Im young to be starting... I have learned that though the threads. I am willing to take the risks. I just need to know what would be a good start for me.
Can anyone give me some advice???
