Hey all,
New to the board, here to do some research to start my first cycle. Been reading a bit on this site and a few others so far. Been working out for 6 years now, off for a few months here and there. The plan now is to gain another 20-30 lbs, cut down and maybe one day compete. Currently 24, 5'10, 180 lbs. Looking at a cycle of test for my first one.
