Getting gyno eventhough my prolactin and estrogen levels r normal

ok my case is real wierd. For the last couple of yrs everytime i come off a cycle after about 6-9 after pct i start getting gyno. The last cycle of steroids i did was over a yr ago. 3month ago i started gh only cycle around 5ius. Before starting the gh my left nipple had a lump and was also painfull when i pushed it. after a month of doing gh same thing started happening to the right one. So now i have lumps under both nipples and the both hurt when i push down on them. I just took my first shot of prop and after 21 days gonna start to take tren. I have letro on hand but it kills my sex drive which is very important. I have nolva also for pct but i hear i shouldn't use it with tren. And i have caber for prolactin. Now the problem is my blood test came back estrogen and prolactin on mid level normal range. So wtf should i do

simple fix. use the letro at a lower dosage, or less frequently, i.e. twice a week.

Pound it with letro asap before it becomes unreversable.

i started prop yesterday and letro. Im hoping the letro will take care of the problem like in the past but don't wanna take a high dosage as it always kills my sex drive. Im starting to wonder how one gets gyno without the presence of high prolactin or estrogen. I really need some vets to comment here
