Thread: Hi

    Hi

    Just thought I'd post on here to say hi. I'm 30 years old and have been training in the gym for 3 years. I mostly train for strength. I concentrate on squats, deadlifts, bench, shoulder press and other core exercises. My cardio comes from doing bjj and judo depending on injuries.

    I'm basically here because I just want to learn more.
