Hey guys, my name is Mike. I'm 20 years old and have been weight lifting for a couple of years now. I was a swimmer prior to, but I want to grow now. I've been creeping through the site for months and damn, there's some great info here!
I'm 6'2" 185 at around 12%BF (yikes, I know!) I'm just trying to get in better shape, but really want to gain muscle. My goal for next spring is 195 to 200 at 7-8% BF.
