    Clen/T3 Plus Taurine Combo, How much should I take?

    I am starting on a new cycle today, my first... I will be following Beasts dosage on Clen, but have no clue what to take for T3 and Taurine!

    Your help is so needed...

    Weight: 201
    Height: 5"10

    On a straight diet, Will be doing major cardio with this... Give me dosage please... Also what do you use to measure your dosage... I got syrup.

    the members cycle results forum there is a sticky at the top of the page clen/t3 cycle alot of good info in there. Taurine 3-5g every day I believe
