Hair Loss and Hairy Back genes!!!!!

    Hello Forum-ers,

I have been thinking about doing a cycle of something, don't know what yet, to put on lean muscle, but I have some genetic precursors that are awefull. So, here are my current stats (please take into consideration)

    -28 years old

    -Male

-Current Weight 244lbs (3-4 years ago I was 170lbs with about 10% body fat)

    -Height 5'9

-I can diet with the best of them-no problem.

-I am curently on Concerta for my ADHD, along with a general multi, L-lysine, Propecia and Ginko Biloba.

-I also take Xanax at night to help with my insomnia.

-I Have a genetic disposition to Male Pattern Baldness and hairiness, in fact I have thinning hair and currently on half a pill of Proscar, which is the 5mg version of Propecia, and I already have hair on my upper back and shoulders.

-I would like to put on size but still be unsuspecting in a t-shirt. I was thinking about HGH, but I don't know if it will progress my thinning hair. I would stress that my hair is the most important element in this equation. I don't want to loose anymore than I already have.

-I am also in the final stages of considering Cytomel

-Finally, I am not a big fan of needles. If there is anyway to avoid it with out killing my liver please let me know, and please tell me if and what I would need to do POST CYCLE to keep me healthy.

I thank you guys/gals in advance for all your help,

no way around the needles. test c or e is highly recommended for a first cycle with proper pct. what is bf%, how long you have been working out, and post up your diet?

To be honest with ya if you've got the hair loss gene you are pretty much SOL. Any steroid will accelerate your loss. You can slow down the process by limiting the kinds of drugs you take (ie, testosterone w/ propecia) and/or using anti androgens and minoxidil. But if you truly care about your hair then steroids aren't for you....

    Hey Polska,

Not to veer off topic, but who's the girl in your avatar? Back to topic, do you think HGH would accelerate hair loss as well? Seriously, answer both questions , they are of equal importance.

    Thanks,

How come you never ask about the guys in my avatar ?

Like said before, if you are prone to MPB then i don't care what you do , you will lose.

That girl is one of my many fantasy girlfriends As for HGH, I think it also accelerated hair loss for me. It can have that effect.

Currently, as in the past couple of weeks, my diet has been about 1500-2000 calories at about 200-250 grams of protein a day. Not really counting carbs just calories and protein. I haven't properly tested my bf%, I plan on getting dunked soon, but if I had to guess I would say about 35% - I know gross huh?
Anyhow there you go, keep in mind, I can somewhat handle being overweight but bald and fat I don't think I can handle. I don't know how Costanza did it all those years.

you are supposed to count count carbs and fat also. you should go to the diet forum and they will help you calculate your protein, carbs, and fat intake that you nedd. your diet is very important with aas. you should drop bf% to around 15%, 18% should be the highest before taking aas because you will be more prone to side effects of aas.

Your right, I need to lean out more before thinking about aas, and to answer your question - I've been working out on and off since I was 15 years old.
