Itchy sensitive nipple, help me out

My left nipple has been sensitive and alittle itchy the past few days. This is only my second cycle. I'm on 600mg of test e and 600 eq.

What are the chances that these are early signs of gyno. How long do I have to act. What can I take and most important do I have to stop my cycle.

Also Not sure if this matters but I do pin my pecs once a week. I don't know if this could make things worse or if it doesn't matter at all. I just figured I would let you guys know just in case.

One lAst thing. I have areomasin on hand. Can I run it to help treat and reverse this if it is gyno or is letro my best bet?

My advise is get some nolvadex....quickly!

^^^^^ nolva should do the trick, when did you start your cycle ?
The fact that it's your 2nd cycle doesn't mean much.

Finishing up my 9th week now. I have some nolva at home. Is it safe to take on cycle? Will it hurt my gains?
Should I run it for the rest of the 16 week cycle on into pct? And how much should I dose out.

When I did my cycle I took 10mg of nolva a day when I started showing signs of gyno.

I would start with 20mg of nolva a day and see how it goes ,and yes it is safe to take on cycle
