You need do multiple injections per week with omnas. The most stable blood levels are what you are trying to get. It has test prop in it so every other day would be optimum. You can get away with every 3.5 days though. I assume you have a post cycle therapy plan right?

iam 26 179cm training 6 x week and my pct is hcg 4 weeks nolvadex 4 weeks proviron from week 2 to week 12 !!
