Hello to All... I'm 30 years old, been working out for seven years. Never touched a weight until college. Classic Ectomorph.. 5'9, 167lbs and around 14% bf. Gained 70 lbs in my first two and a half years naturally. However I started working and neglected my fitness and turned into a fat skinny guy. I started and stopped routines for a few years and decided about 6 months before my 30th birthday to get my stuff together and get back in shape. I've worked out almost a year straight and with a fairly strict diet, got myself in pretty decent shape.
I've lurked on this site for a couple of years and have really enjoyed the information that's shared. It's priceless to be able to learn from those who have already gone down the path that I'm considering. I'm looking to do a test soon and appreciate all the information that's been shared throughout the posts. I'm still researching and reading all the newbie posts to be sure I cover all my bases. Thanks again for all the information and for having me on as a listener!!!
