    Hello from FL

    Hey guys, whats up. I live in Melbourne Florida, workout as much as time allows which unfortunately between work and school isn't enough but I find time. Ive been working out for about 5 yrs, not super heavy into gear just because Ive moved around so much and it was actually kinda difficult to get ahold of. Probably one cycle per year, I have a reasonable knowledge mostly through trial and error and listening to my friends that I work out with. I actually am halfway into a really good cycle and will be looking to get some advice from you guys as you all would seem to be alot mroe knowledgeable in this area. Ill give you some quick stats, Im 6'2" 235lbs 17inch biceps, 18.5 neck, 48.5inch chest, 13.5 inch forearms, and 38.5inch waist. I am pretty content overall with my mass would like to maybe get a little bigger across the chest and arms but the main purpose of this 14 week cycle is really just to tone up. I am working with my 38.5inch gut and I really want to knock it down to like 32-34. I have never used gear before to get parts of me smaller... lol only bigger so I will throw you all a layout of my cycle on here. I am in week 7 so I will post up what I did from week 1 up. Dont worry I will post this in another section of the forum too so I wont be overrunning this one.

    Only had enough Test for the first 5 weeks, wanted to gain a lil size before trying to cut back down. I dont have access to anything other then Equi now, I am trying to get some winnie but no luck @ the moment.
    This is the 250mg per cc Equi not the 50mg per cc.

    Week 1- 2ccs Sus
    week 2- 3ccs Sus, 1 Equi
    Week 3- 4ccs Sus, 2 Equi
    Week 4- 4ccs Sus, 3 Equi
    Week 5- 3ccs Sus, 3 Equi
    Week 6- 3 Equi
    Week 7- 4 Equi
    Week 8- 4 Equi
    Week 9- 4 Equi
    Week 10- 4 Equi
    Week 11- 4 Equi
    Week 12- 3 Equi
    Week 13- 2 Equi
    Week 14- 1 equi

    Hopefully get me some PCT stuff too by the end of cycle. I am just sick of the mailorder garbage where you never get your shit and you never get your money back... I am sure some of you have had this problem.

    Let me know if you guys have any advice on diet, workout routine, or possible incorporating cardio into the mix. My diet now is the standard high protein very little carbs, mostly meats, fish, and veggies. I havent really done much cardio as I dont know if thats a good idea to mix with the gear. Workout is Chest and Tri's Mon and Thurs, Back and Bi's (shoulders too) Tues and Friday, Legs Weds. Saturday is Run day. I do Abs everyday I am at the gym too. There getting harder but I am still too fat to see em. Anywho thanks for the advice and I will post this stuff up in the other parts of the forums. Lift heavy, Get big!

    and that is a terrible cycle

    WHY would you run it if you don't have enough test??

    Do you know what is going to happen to you when the sust leaves your system and your natural test is still SHUT DOWN????

    PCT should be in your hands BEFORE you ever start a cycle....

    not to be a dick, but you are headed for some major problems

    Hey bud, newb here too, but I've read in quite a few places on here that you don't want a cycle without any kinda test, as it's the mack daddy staple food. Kinda weird to think you'd have access to all that but not the most common stuff...

    The problem here in Florida is its next to impossible to get ahold of anything especially since the incidet in Orlando like 8 months ago. Mine came to me while I was out of country and I was only there for 5 weeks, so I used the sus then just to gain a lil mass before trying to lean down. Obviously I could do a much better cycle if I had the stuff but its not too easy to get it around here and the mailorder thing is a joke, there pretty much all scammers and I always end up getting screwed.

    Why would this be such a bad cycle to get lean on? I was told test makes you bloat and hold water... not lean? I was also told to do a good lean cycle to get winnie and equi for 12-16weeks diet and workout with minor cardio should do it, so im still not understanding why the cycle is so horrible since I jsut wanna lean out.

    As for the PCT I can go to my doctor once my levels drop and get him to patch me up, he jsut told me he wont prescribe me anything until my levels were low sports medicine doctors (he is) cant just right prescriptions till they have a reason for legality ibasically telling me legally he cant hook me up till my levels are low cuz of legality issues. We even talked about HGH but I havent done near enough research to know bout it but thats definately somthing im gonna look into since FL sucks for getting gear.

    Well you are not alone on this one, and welcome to this site. I am new too. I started my cycle a month ago, I am now starting carbs for breakfast and no carbs/starch lunch and dinner, high on protein I am hoping this will work. Any advice will help.
