My stats are:
Age: 21
Weight: 165lb
Height: 5'7
No previous cycles
BF % : 12-15%
At this point in time, i am midway through week 11 of my test e cycle. I have been taking 500mg/wk split between two doses. Basically, nothing has happened for me. I tried my best to be patient till week 6 came along, and since then there have been no improvements whatsoever. I cant think of ne reason as to why this is not working for me.
This is what my diet looks like:
Meal 1: 1 cup oats + protein shake
Meal 2: 1 can tuna + 2 slices brown bread
Meal 3: Rice/pasta + 7oz of beef/lamb/fish/chicken
Meal 4: 7oz beef/lamb/fish/chicken + nuts
Meal 5: Protein shake (post w/out)
Meal 6: Rice/pasta + 7oz beef/lamb/fish/chicken
Meal 7: Half cup cottage cheese + 1tbsp peanut butter + 1 cup milk
* this amounts to about 320g protein per day. i have not done the carb and total calorie calculations, but i will tell you that i am eating enough that i was gaining enough weight to the point that i realised most of it was fat and i started reducing the amount of calories i consumed at the expense of my carb intake - protein always kept at 320g.
Training:
3 day split with 4 workout days/week so:
Tue - legs
Thurs - Chest, Bis, Tris
Sat - Back, Shoulders, Abs
Sun - legs
Tue - Chest, Bis, Tris
...and so on....
Took a blood test recently (taken midway through week 10) and these were the results:
total testosterone was > 1500ng/dl. From what ive read so far, this is probably less than it should be. But theres the pesky ">" sign to think about. should i request an exact value??
so what do you guys think? you might tell me that my diet and training has one or two little flaws in it, but surely that cannot account for virtually no gains right?? is my testosterone simply underdosed? am i just unresponsive to testosterone?....if it helps...my estradiol level is 5330pg/dl.
