hay all I have been working out for 4 years maybe taking a month off here and there but for a year none stop. My problem is my chest when it is pumped it looks great and huge but when it is not it looks like i have bitch tits my nipples kind of poke out. when they are hard like cold they look fine there is just fatty tissue around my n ipples that i can not shake
chest work out
one day
flat bench dumb bells
inclin dumb
decline dumb
cable cross overs upp and down
all heavy 4 sets
the next chest day the same but with bar bells
the next chest day cable flys up down and strait all 4 sets heavy and last 2 reps
I try to stay heavy do i need to do more reps i try to do 9 to 10 sets of each i am just scared off loosing streangth if i go for reps right now i do 315 on decline 4 sets of 10
everyone thinks that i am a freak because of the weight i push for my size 5 9 172lbs
well what should i do get nipple surgery
