OK i gave my stats in a different thread and i will give quickly. mainly cause im kind of proud. (though i should have never gotten the where i was)
i am 38 5'10" and back on Feb 02 2009 i weighed in at a disgusting 285lbs. my fisrts step was cut calories to 1500 with a walk, 2nd pahse was in April maintain 1500 calories start lifting (nothing impressive) and cardio. Currenly i am at 213lbs lifting 4 times a week and cardio at least 20 min a day 7 days a week and twice a day mon - wed - fri.
i want to know if the are any HGH benifits for me this early in the task of gettig back to my Army days weight of 190lbs about 15%bf.
i am seeing some decent results in my shoulders, arms, upper chest and legs,
but it would be nice to lose my ab (yes i said ab) and the man boobs.
feel free to bash if you think im looking for the easy way out.
