Alright I've got a new bag of supplements, but I'm a little confused on when the optimal time of day is to take these. I get confused easily by 'fight for absorption' issues and such. here's the stuff:
multi (obv)
bcaa
glutamine
beta alanine (got a can free from a friend)
The protein powder I take is just basic ON whey, and doesn't have any added glutamine, if that helps. Thanks for any input, peace out girl scouts
