    help a bro out

    hey guys, just decided to call an end to my first ever cycle of aas. i was on test e for 11 weeks just had my last shot on tuesday. to my knowledge diet and training were up to par (not gonna say perfect, most things in life arent) yet i had close to no strength gains, and some weight gain which was mostly fat. so my gear was probably very underdosed...will confirm this in a couple of days.

    anyway, had my bloods done, my natty test production is definately shut down since FSH and LH levels are close to zero. will commence pct in about 14 days.

    these are my questions:
    1. im tempted to just do nolva for pct, cause i have no gains to speak of and im very inclined towards a minimalist approach to pct, what do u guys think?

    2. more importantly: after the dough ive wasted (hell shit happens right), im very keen to jump on the horse again and make it work this time with proper gear. i understand that you should wait at least as long as u were on before starting another cycle, but can any exceptions be made for my case? basically, i really want to reduce the waiting time.

    what were your test levels? what else did you have tested?

    why the minimalist approach? (which would be nolva/clomid IMO)

    exceptions cannot be made for your case. you already said you were shut down. you need to post cycle properly and allow adequate time for HPTA recovery.

    in the meantime better plan diet and training, just my two cents.

    In 12 weeks you should have gained more than just fat, even if your gear was totally bunk! I think that you should do exactly what peachfuzz said and wait your turn again (time on cycle + time on pct = time off) and in the meantime get yourself set-up with a better diet and training script.

    What he said, I agree. Even with bad gear you should make gains always otherwise your routine is bad and diet is bad. I have never even worked out a few weeks without seeing gains, 12 weeks of good honest working out should show results but with good gear a lot more results.

    Do your PCT properly then wait.
    In the mean time spend some time in the DIET section.

    yea well i should clarify that a bit more guys. i definately saw gains (they were just very minimal and could easily be explained by my diet and training). i was eating well above my caloric requirements and consuming 320g of clean protein per day, weight 165lb so thats plenty.

    To peachfuzz:
    my test level was shown as >1500ng/dl and i was on 500mg/wk test e. i will get back to you on the test level again because i have requested another test to clarify the exact level without the ">". estradiol was 5330pg/dl and i was on no anti e. what do u think about these levels bro? and ask me if u need ne thing else...

    1500ng/dl is very low for 500mg a week. normal levels would be between 2500 and 5000 for that dosage

    yup but didnt he say he got blood work done after he was off?

    what day exactly did you stop and when did they take blood.

    nah i got blood work done midway through week 10. i had my last injection on the 7th of july which is the start of week 12 for me. which means i had a few more injections even after the blood test. reason i took so long before stopping was that i wanted to be sure, this is my first cycle, want to learn as much from it as i can.

    well it sounds underdosed but its hard to tell
