    Lots of stones... what is a stone?

    How much weight in pounds is a stone? Want to tell people I benched 4 stones today LOL and I put it here because everyone is on this forum asking aout diet and steroids and not sure exactly how many pounds 1 stone is. I am guessin between 10-15#
