Ok i am 5 feet 10 and 210 pounds, i manage to lose 20 in the last 2 months, with a complete diet change, and weight lifting 5 times per week.
Now i am stuck, i would love to fit in my 34 inch jeans once again and really burn the 40 inch that i am currently wearing GRRRR.
I got my whey protein, creatine, EFA, green tea and veggies, frozen fruits.
My diet is healty and i cut carbs after 3pm, i usually train at night and do a 45
minute infra red sauna.
I just bought some clen 30ML and T3 30ML from lion nutrition, i need to know how to cycle this for max results, also if possible stay on the safe side and not overdose the whole cycle.
