Ok so I'm 21, 5'9" 190, I'm an MMA fighter, I had to take some time off due to injury from a motorcycle and I ballooned up to 230, I want to get back to fighting at 170, currently I'm on Brn-2 from American Cellular labs, and have been for about two weeks, I'm on a lean protein, low fat diet. But my problem lies in that I want to get the rest of this body fat off, and then I want to add some serious strength, with as little weight as possible. I was looking at Clen, and Winny, probably on seperate cycles, but I've seen other threads on here saying they aren't good for first cycles and such. I know other guys in our gym are swearing by American Cellular's Tren Extreme, but I see them putting on significant weight gains too.
I lift daily, I do most my lifts, 3 reps at a high weight for the first two sets, then high reps for two more sets. Its something I got out of a muscle building magazine because it said the low reps high weight won't put much size on but will add strength, and the high reps will burn fat.
I do daily cardio, and twice a week I do an intense plyometrics workout.
