IMO water rentention is mainly controlled through diet and cardio. Are you doing a competition soon? Because if not you are losing gains from the lowered estrogen for nothing...
no competitions so maybe Ill keep it at .5 eod
I would quit it altogether and alter the diet and training, you will get better results. As long as you are not gyno prone. Too many "newbies" just tend to add this into cycle out of fear or lack of education, and then wonder why they are not getting the gains they wanted... Just my 2 cents.
have you cut sodium and are you drinking enough water?

maybe I can use some more cardio, only doing 20-30 min bout 5 days a week
I'd bump to .5ed. (and personally I drink more water than that also)
0 sodium is also not a good idea my friend, you need a certain amount of sodium to create electrolytes, etc. Unless you are doing a competition again, make sure you are getting just low amounts of sodium. And as for Cardio yes that is a good idea, and try to get a high heart rate, that way you will sweat more, which will help you get rid of excess water.
my mistake Ive not completely eliminated sodium just ingest about 500-600mg a day
