    Exclamation First cycle question?

    ok how does this sound if i take all three of these clenbuterol, cytomel and stanozlol together for 4 weeks long at any of the follow dosages below that are coressponding to the aid. Also after the 4 weeks how long should i wait to start back up agian. What results do you think ill get from this. Also just wondering what kind of diet you would run on this if you had the same goal as me to decrease body fat percentage and become lean. I am very knowledble on all three drugs but would like some answers to my question please.

    stanozlol : 30-40 mg a day
    t3 : 50-100 mcg a day
    clen : 80-140 mcg a day

    My goal is to decrease body fat percentage too 6 percent and have a lean look like cam gaident from never back down.

    Stats:
    Weight = 165lbs
    Height = 6ft
    BF= 19 percent

    Diet is the key lol, you can reach those goals with diet alone...

    haha ok o sorry i forgot to put the dosages. I am training hard now and i think i have a clean diet and am not loseing any bf. Thats why i was going to start up a cycle of stan clen t3

    stan : 30-40 mg a day
    t3 : 50-100 mcg a day
    clen : 80-140 mcg a day

    at your present stats you need proper diet and training, I'm not a big fan of using drugs to make up for a lack of dedication.

    o i am very dedicated im in the gym 24/7 i love working out i just need advice to take them in a smart... way.

    contradictory statements. if your diet and training were in check you wouldn't have those stats, not even close.

    No way would i even think of cycling, body is not ready. your way out of shape looking at them stats.

    I think you need to go back to the drawing board, look into diet training and get all this sorted and you will see improvments. your doing something very wrong.

    ur way underweight
    the reason u cant seem to loose naymore weight is because ur metabalsim prob sucks
    at 165 pounds with 18% bf ud have little muscle mass, and alot of fat
    with that body compostion uts hard to get shredded because ud have such a slow metabalsim
    my advice
    add muscle mass, read up on diets and get a good foundation diet
    when uve got some descent size
    when i say descent i mean make sure ur atleast bigger then 60% of the guys in ur gym
    if u train in a pro bodybuilders gym well then obviously not 60% but im sure u dont

    You dont want to loose weight you want to loose fat. Stop looking at the scale. Get your diet right and stay in the gym. You will gain weight but loose fat and look 100% better.

    I'm 180 lbs now and in decent shape but I really want to get up close to 200 lbs and be in GREAT shape. I'm only 5' 8"
