Progress over the last 3 years, almost at my goal... PLEASE HELP

    Hey Guys,

I've been a member for awhile, I never really picked up a weight until I came to this site and I learned alot from all my years of lurking. I've put on some pretty decent muscle since I started but I'm becoming concerned with the shape of my chest. I feel like it's not as wide as it should be, I have pretty good shape in my inner chest but the lower and outer area lacks the circular shape I guess, I'd like to do what I can to develop that area so it's a little wider where it connects to the armpit.

Also could you give me a bf estimate and general feedback? Thanks!

    3 years ago: 6'3, 215 lbs, 20% bf (approx)
    Now: 6'3, 200 lbs, bf??

Oh I'm also bummed out with my lovehandles, in that last pic, they just don't seem to shrink no matter how much weight I lose. I know you can't spot reduce but what can I do to help them go away??

arms look great, shoulders look good and yea inner chest is good too. i would go to the workout section and post up your split along with exercises. Also hit diet if you haven't
post those pics in your new threads and that will help everyone bring you along. I would get about 15 pounds of mass on there and if you stay in roughly the same bf then cut and that should bring your muscles out better. I think if you cut now you will look good because the muscle you have is a good base, however you will look to skinny.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah the pics are a little out of order, first and fourth are about 2 or 3 yrs ago and other three are recent. What would you guess my bf% to be?

How often are you working your core?

Not often enough, other than squats, dips and chins I don't do much for core, and when I do squats I feel like I'm half-assing it. I've been avoiding deads for years but I think it's time to step it up. Other than squats and deads what else can I do for my core?

Yeah start doing deads asap, also if you are doing half ass squats then fix that. You'll notice a big difference. If I were you, i'd look into a good core training workout and start hitting it hard once a week.

Good for you … your pictures from 3 years ago look like me today and I want to get close to how you look like now.

I definitely want to find the shortest and the most effective way …. If you can write some more about your transformation, mistakes and how would you do it if you had to start from the beginning … thx

Twist … looks definitely like my final goal. Twist if you can write some more about your transformation, workouts, diet, gear ect. If you have any previous posts about what exactly you do to look like you look please post some links
