I was wondering how many people on here eat fruits when they're cutting?

Keep in mind that we're not talking contest dieting, just cutting down for the summer!

only fruits i eat while cutting are green to yellow bananas...

But don't bananas have like one of the highest GI among fruits?
bananas that are going brown do...
green to yellow bananas are starchy and have a lower GL...
once they start to turn brown the banana start to turn into a simple carb...

green apples sometimes, or something from the berrie family.
green (yellow sucks) kiwifruit/chinese gooseberry apparantly helps with absorbing protein and has good vitamin c and d and is dirt cheap.
not really, the berrie family as mentioned as a high fiber to overall weight ratio(blackberries, strawberries, etc...) so they can be utilized
personally though i don't, fructose(even though fruits contain different ratios of others sugars as well) fills liver glycogen first, not muscle glycogen and i prefer to have my few starchy carbs from oatmeal as a little oatmeal in water thickens up nicely
