what up im from georgia and new to the site. i am looking to get some size. i have been working out for about 6 months steady this time. im 21 weight 175 and i am 5 10. in the past 6 months i have gained about 25 pounds. pretty much mostly muscle. just from eating alot and taking some protein and creatine. i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or could point me in a direction. thanks guys.
