Question I HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION FOR THE EDUCATED USERS. Please read!

    Hello all.

I am a 37 year old male and I have been using Somatropin HGH 5 days per week since last september. I have only taken off about a week or so in between this. I am concerned if I have caused damage and or perhaps shut down my bodies own natural production of GH. Have I?

What brings this to attention is this; ( I will post the article link on this forum from this Doctor/Scientist ASAP). This doctor thru much research has concluded that a 6 day on 7 or 8 day off schedule proved beneficial to the body and was adament about daily use continually like many of us do so. It had to do with the body repenishing it's natural GH levels and something to do with the liver and how by using everyday the pituitary shuts down, etc, etc, etc. Anyone familiar with this? It was a long article and the guy definetly knew his subject matter. I will post it as soon as someone sends me the link.

It got me thinking so any opinions?? I would appreciate it. We ahould all think about what and how we are doing this as opposed to just poking ourselves at will everyday without thinking of the future.

im sure you had blood work before you started so get blood work done again and compare the 2. that way you'll know how YOU react.

Never had blood work done for GH testing. Is that what you mean? I did go to my Doctor and tell him I was going to start taking HGH and he did all these other tests on my blood and everything was 110%. Beyond halthy as a matter of fact. There was no specific GH testing though.

Well actually it's tough to say bro... when you get older, your body NATURALLY stops producing GH. (whereas, when we are growing up / in our 20's we are filled with it). So at your age (37) I would expect you to be a perfect candidate for GH-therapy.

Anyways, wait for Gear to sign on. He knows everything about GH, etc.

    you should be fine

minimum run of HGH is normally at least 6 months

you ran it correct with days off

i see no reason why it would give you such a negative impact on your natty GH levels

Ya bro. 30 is like the drop off point for HGH levels. They go down by like 80%.

Agreed. It shouldnt have effected you negatively. You should be fine. Alot of times when you come off (if that is where you are at now) you feel different and automatically think theres something wrong.
