Exclamation Hey Guy On a Deployment in Afghanistan

Hey guys well im deployed to a very remote part in Afghan and i had some Questions.

    STATS

    23 years old
    5'10
    163lbs
extremely active from foot patrols up these steep mountains as well as the gym every day 6 on 1 off.
I dont know my body fat cause im here.

Ok guys here is the deal. I have been working out for 5 years.

OK my diet is ****ed up only due to the fact the conditions we live in. I can only eat 2 meals a day mostly what the cook decides to make unfortunately. But they are small portions relatively speaking. I try to consume as much Protein as possible when available haha.

Ok I am aware that i dont know shit so please be easy on me. But another thing i would only be able to take orals, just because of the living conditions. But thank you guys I appreciate all the future input

    Welcome to steroid.com

Diet is everything....can't grow a plant without the right nutrition and enough water

Have to EAT TO GROW !! you won't make gains until you can get the diet part corrected

Most orals are gonna shut down your natural test production so without supplemental test, that is NO GOOD!

also, ANY steroid requires even MORE FOOD in order for them to work. They can't make muscle out of NOTHING

you can't build a brick wall without cement.....so you can't build a brick body without FOOD !!!

Hey bro--your service is greatly appreciated. Can you get any supplements, (protein, meal replacements, and/or protein bars) sent to your or close to you? this would be a great way to boost you diet

    he whats going on man
i just got out of the military
i had a similar problem during my deployments to iraq. if you can get your hands on a few cases of mre's you should be ok. i managed to have an effective cycle right after the invasion using mres as y sole source of food.
thair are several meals that are very high in protien and relatively low in carbs.. check ot the chicken meals and the jamaican porkchop. you might have to work out a deal with a supply guy. injecttible are not out of the question if you can get your hands on them. you should be able to get all the hand sanitizer you want. you just have to be carefull with sanitation. try and get your seringes from the medic. dont reuse them and just make sure you clean the injection site before and after you inject. if you are going on a patrol within a few hours of injection make sure you comver it with a bandage ( again you shold be able to get this from any medic). i was in the infantry so i know the conditions you are in. it is doable just very difficult. good luck and stay safe

I'm also active duty military (Marines Corps) and I wish you the best of luck. I don't have any experience in Afghanistan as my tours have all been in Iraq. I've deployed every year since operations began in Iraq. 2009 will be my first break and I plan on using that time to get back into shape. Good luck on your deployment and keep your head down.

As for what little arnold asked yeah I have some whey protein on the way.(hopefully it gets here people like to steal packages before they reach their destination). I am trying to dial in my diet out here it is just tricky but hopefully I can figure it out and get on track for a future cycle if needed. But any tips on how to get on a good diet in a combat zone would be appreciated haha thanks guys appreciate it.
