Light Headed Black out when shooting

So now when i shoot its my 5th shot i seem to get a light headed feeling in my head and a black out sensation. It is more intense in my right leg for some reason and to the point where i am un able to shoot in that leg. As i begin to push down i get a feeling like im gonna pass out... I had to stop or i would hhave easly passed out. This has me worried. Happened the last time is hot in that leg as well. Left leg still has slight effects like this but not ass bad...

probably won't help out but my cousin passes out when he gets needles. the nurse recommended that he lie down. not sure if that will help you, esp shooting in the legs.

    just a thought. good luck

take a few deep breaths, you might be holding you breath and that is why you are light headed or its your mind freaking out. Tell yourself to breath from start to finish!
