Hey Bro's and Sis'...
I was hoping to get a little feedback and opinions of what would be a good cycle for me to do. I haven't "juiced" in about 3 years. My history of cycles were:
1st cycle: 10 weeks Test Enan. 400 mg/week
2nd cycle: 11 weeks Test Enan. 500mg/week
10 weeks Deca 400mg/week
My current situation...:
5'9" 190 lbs. I have a decent "natural" size, but would like the mass to go to better areas. I.e. from my stomach to my arms!
My Desires....:
I want to get a lower body fat ratio. As I said, to get the mass into the good areas. So I need more of a quality muscle gain, as opposed to straight mass. So I don't really think a DBOL cycle would be necessary. So bros.. please gimme a little insight and opinions on what would be a really good cycle to jump back into.
