Hi All,
Just wanted to introduce myself to this particular forum because as I have learned from reading some of the rules, threads, and from lurking around that this is a crucial step to gain some credibility. Im 31 years old 5'10" and used to weigh 150lbs but now weigh 190lbs. However, at this moment Im in the process of cutting down some fats in the abdominal area. Im not really sure how much bf% I have though, but looking at some of the others pix and description it looks like Im at 18 - 20% blahh!
Im here today because I honestly want to learn more about the benefits and the health-related concerns of unproper use of AAS. I did not join this forum for the purpose of obtaining or distributing such compounds. I just want to be able to ask and talk to the proper people so when the right time come with enough information and support I would be able to do a simple and safe cycle. With that being clearly stated, Im aware that it will take time to get to know some of the respected people in this forum. Im in no rush to jump into this and will wait as long as I could to gain YOUR trust and respect. In the meantime, I will continue to research all interesting topics and threads and take advantage of these abundant information to learn about this complex and delicate process. Again I want to thank everyone for all their hard work for putting this informative forum.
As for my overall goal, Ive been training hard for almost 2 years now to change the physical and psychological aspect of my life by following a strict and healthy diet, sleeping 8hrs, 30min cardio 3-4x/wk, weights training 45m-1hr 4x/wk, and of course proper supplementation such as Creatine Monohydrate, Whey and Casein Protein, Fish Oil, Liver tabs, and Vitamin C. However, Im currently still working to get my sleeping habits to a level where I can get a full 8hrs of rest. As of now im only getting an average sleep of 7hrs.
Looking forward to meeting and hearing all of your advices and criticisms. Please feel free to leave your comments, suggestions, and questions.
Thank you and have a great day.
