Been lifting for years, BUT over the last 9 months really concentrated on going heavy on all my compounds movements for reps. Always had been a 32-33 waist.
Now my work clothes are tight as shit. Think I might have to go to a 34 to be comfortable. I have not put on fat or anything like that either. Just turned 30, wondering if the metabolism is slowing down too.
Anyone else have to get a new wardrobe due to lifting?
