Hey there, a friend of mine who works in a supplement store gave me 3 buckets of a creatine proctuct (anator p70) that has expired a year and a half ago. He assures me the product is fine. Is this true or is this product actually bad to use? thanks

Anator p70 just plainly fvcking sucks. I'd be more concerned with the other bullshit expiring before the actual creatine does.

lol..sounds good man. It probably does suck but got it for free! so this stuff does go bad ?

Eventually everything does creatine will take a little longer than other compounds. Give it a try, if you shit your colon out then you probably shouldn't take anymore.

lol good advice i agree give it a try , maybe take double the recommended dose and do a line while you are at it
