Stats and Story:
6'2" @ 160lb
27yrs.
Ectomorphic structure.
Diet mostly sucks. I eat heathly food. I don't have a regime for serious results... why lie?
2 years regular lifting in college. On and off for the last year.
Never used any steroids
Story:
You've read it a thousand times. Trained like hell for two years. Had an awesome lifting partner! Really loved the results. Shredded! My body certainly reacts to training. I scaled the weights fairly well... but I never really gained much size. I ate well and suplemented with super high carb protein shakes. I was constantly underestimated in the gym... Outlifting many guys that were bigger than I was.
So its a battle of genetics I think.
I've been trolling this forum on and off for about 6 months. Kinda blown away. Some of you fellas know your stuff. I mean seriously. I'm kinda on a information gathering mission here. Because there is an insane amount of information to know... I am not - or ever will be - looking for the easy option. Maybe this is something for me. Maybe not.
So what do you guys say. I'm going to keep learning. Ask a few questions. Not in any rush. My goal isn't crazy size. My goal is around 190-200lbs. How long does that take? What are your suggestions on my situation?
